These services include, but are not limited to, property plats, topographic drawings, permit drawings, volume calculations and alignment sheets (FERC, construction and as-built).

Through the course of Trico’s history, we have seen the technology behind mapping grow rapidly. Trico has strived to keep up with this growth and therefore can offer the newest equipment and software available.

Trico is an AutoCAD based company, however, we are able to work with all file formats, including Micro Station and ESRI files. Additionally, Trico maintains multiple licenses of Blue Sky software. Other applications are also available and can be modified to meet your requirements.  Using Blue Sky and other applications, we can generate alignment sheets, permit drawings and property plats in the most timely and cost effective manner.  Drawings can be accompanied by a disk containing the drawing file or delivered electronically.
